Silver Sage Equestrian Arena Rental Cancellation Policy
This policy serves as Silver Sage Equestrian’s (SSE) cancellation standard for individuals who have reserved the use of either the indoor and/or outdoor arenas. Advanced notice of cancellation, in compliance with the standards below, is vital to SSE being able to provide access to year-round riding facilities to those who otherwise don't have access to these limited resources.
Attendance and Cancellation Standards and Expectations:

Those who reserve arena(s) should plan on utilizing the facilities within the bounds of the date and time for which reservations were made.

SSE understands that untimely conflicts and emergencies arise and that those conflicts or emergencies may cause a renter to miss their reserved rental time. However, if a renter is unable to attend their scheduled reservation, the renter is required to provide SSE notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund. A renter must contact SSE directly, in person or by phone, to cancel reservations.

Cancellations made prior to the date of scheduled reservation will receive a full refund.

Cancellations or "no-shows" the day of a scheduled reservation are not eligible for a refund of any kind.

In rare circumstances, it may be necessary for SSE to cancel a previously scheduled reservation for reasons including but not limited to extreme weather, unexpected arena conditions and/or property damage, etc. In these instances, SSE is committed to providing as much notice as the situation allows and all attendees will receive a full refund.
